Autofix 350 Range

Range OverviewThe Autofix range of leaflet label manufacturing equipment brings together self-adhesive web and multipage leaflets to produce Fix-a-Form® leaflet labels or Expanded Content Labels (ECL’s).

Taking folded leaflets, glued or stapled booklets the Autofix machines adheres them in registration to pre-printed or unprinted web. This is accomplished by using discreet lines of hotmelt or cold glue. The machines can laminate, die cut, strip the waste matrix and slit the web into singles.

Autofix 350The Autofix 350 is the mainstay in the range, designed with ultimate flexibility for small, medium or long length production runs.  With a web width of 350mm, the AF350 is capable of feeding leaflets, booklets or other items up to 11″ (280mm) long, or down to just 0.75″ (19mm), with minimal setup and a speed of up to 270 placements per minute on two placement heads or 180 on a single head.
