Range OverviewThe Autofix range of leaflet label manufacturing equipment brings together self-adhesive web and multipage leaflets to produce Fix-a-Form® leaflet labels or Expanded Content Labels (ECL’s).

Autofix 500The Autofix 500 is our next generation machinery, designed wider, faster and offers greater versatility. With a web width from 150mm – 500mm, the AF500 is capable of feeding leaflets, booklets or other items up to 11″ (280mm) long, or down to just 0.75″ (19mm), with minimal setup and a speed of up to 220 per minute on 2 placement heads or 180 per minute on a single head. Production of leaflet labels from 2 – 64 pages can be produced with a large variety of designs to choose from.
