HFD3

For continuous fondant production, the HFD3 is a modular tableting machine from 50 to 4000 kg h that is part of our range of machines.

The very high quality of the fondant mass is achieved through gentle oversaturation of the sugar solution with defined cooling of the rotor and stator.

The flow-optimized design prevents zones in which crystals can grow in an uncontrolled manner. The crystal spectrum is therefore very even, which is a basic requirement for the finest fondant. Typically, either a CROSSFLOW® or a ROTAMAT® cooker is part of the overall system.
