The extremely compact design, especially for large throughputs, results in a very small space requirement compared to conventional snake cookers.
Due to the high turbulence on the product side, small temperature differences can be realized, which in turn are the prerequisite for a low steam pressure requirement.
The product does not come into contact with steam during the entire cooking process. The very good heat transfer of the many steam-carrying pipes to the product and the high turbulence in the cooker are further features that ensure a high-quality jelly product.
