Hot stamping holographic foil (hot stamping) is intended for transferring a holographic image to a product using printing technology.
A distinctive feature of the holographic foil is the presence of a microrelief on the metallized layer.
Embossing technology allows you to achieve textures and surfaces that cannot be obtained with printing inks. Here another important detail appears - the ability to go beyond the flat printed sheet by giving it a relief.
The design of the holographic image can be a continuous periodic (wallpaper) pattern or it can be positioned, specially designed for the customer.
When developing a foil, additional security features can be envisaged.
Like any holographic image applied to a product or its packaging, holographic foil is a means of identification, and also effectively complements the design and serves as a decoration for packaging.
