TITANIUM - Automatic line for filling and closing jerrycans
The TITANIUM filling line is designed to provide a solution for automatic filling and sealing of plastic and tin jerrycans.
The machine is versatile and allows packaging of liquids in a wide variety of jerrycans in different sizes and volumes, according to customer requirements.
The system is very easy to operate and disassemble for daily cleaning.
Product advancement at machine stations is done on a conveyor belt, built from a chain of pushers, driven by a SERVO engine. The products on the conveyor belt are pushed while sliding on the traffic surface and advance between the workstations while stopping at precise locations.
The conveyor belt allows for fixed spacing between the products, an option that significantly reduces the transition times between products.
The TITANIUM model is suitable for a variety of industries, including:
