DANIELLE - A multi-purpose line for sprinkling and filling pastry products
The DANIELLE series is designed to provide an automatic solution to a variety of production processes for confectioneries and bakeries.
• Dough batter batter for molds for making cakes, muffins and more.
• Filling cookies and pastries with various fillings.
Spraying spreads and fillings on cookies and various pastries.
In order to provide a combined solution for sprinkling and filling pastries, the machine is equipped with two filling systems:
• A static system for sprinkling dough in molds.
• A submersible nozzle system for filling pastries with different fillings and for sprinkling various coatings on pastries.
The filling system is designed to work even with non-homogeneous materials, including materials that contain chips, for example: chocolate chips, pieces of fruit, nut chips, etc.
The DANIELLE series is characterized by a high level of accuracy and is equipped with a drip prevention mechanism.
The system is very easy to operate and can be disassembled quickly and easily for daily thorough washing.
