Automatic line for filling and packing jerrycans with a volume of 4-25 liters.

The line includes:

Automatic jerkin feed.

Filling:

• Precise filling nozzles equipped with a drip prevention mechanism.
• Accurate filling - up to 1% accuracy.

Lid entry and automatic closing.

Sticking labels:

• Pasting side / top / bottom labels.
• Print date and batch number.

A robotic arm (gripper) for arranging the jerkins in quartets and placing them in a crate.
