BPS-C- Automatic line for filling and packing bait stations for cockroaches

A dedicated line developed by our company and intended for filling and packing bait stations for cockroaches.

The line includes:

1. Filling machine:

• Automatic entry of stations (bases).
• Two precise filling positions - for filling bait dough weighing 8g-2.0g - 2g accuracy.
• Lids are inserted automatically.
• Soldering lids by ultrasonic system.

2. Label gluing machine - for gluing bottom labels on the product, including printing the batch number and expiration date.

3. Arranging the products automatically in quartets - before packing in bags.

4. Bag packing machine - Flowpack - automatic packing in laminate bags.

5. Carton - automatic packing in cartons.
