The selfLAN 501 series is a simple add-on device. There are two different types: top and side labeller. Due to the addition of marking technologies such as thermal transfer-, inkjet- and laser printing individual demands can be realized as labelling upgrades for production lines.

Operation:

The photo eye mounted on the existing conveyor system activates the labelling process during container passage. The dispenser head cycles the label web label by label to the dispensing edge where the label is separated from the backing paper and transferred to the container. The label is affixed to the container wall by the press-on roll of the dispensing edge.
