DIVINE BOX

L’Occitane required a high-quality gift box for their ‘Luxury Immortelle Divine Cream’ which would complement the ‘gold nature’ of the premium cream product inside.

Maxipos produced the product box as a rigid book jacket box with a clear vacuum formed tray to hold the product in place. The box base was created from 1200mic unlined greyboard, whilst the jacket was made from 2000mic ULGB. The clear vacuum formed tray was produced from 700mic clear RPET.

To achieve the gold effect that L’Occitane desired, Maxipos used 140gsm gold mirri paper to line both the inside and outside of the box base and jacket.

A primer and white L’Occitane logo were applied to the outside of the jacket before a sealer was then added. A standard grosgrain ribbon was added to the jacket of the box as its closure method.

Our UK factory packed the rigid book jacket boxes into cartons before making a split delivery of 8,350 units to France and 3,500 units to one UK address.
