RIGID GIFT BOXES

Founded in 2007, Tangle Teezer is an award-winning, iconic and innovative hairbrush brand that consumers say has changed their lives. Using revolutionary technology, they’ve challenged how people care for their hair along with breaking the mould of how traditional hairbrushes should look and perform.

Back in 2010, Tangle Teezer approached Maxipos to help produce a range of simple but cost-effective Point of Sale products and since then we have become an integral part of their business, supplying them with the majority of their packaging and promotional products.

Over the years, we have produced several different styles of rigid Gift Boxes for their Compact Styler Brush. One version was produced for their main German distributor; this was a simple rigid base and lid with a clear acetate film window so that the limited edition Christmas brush could be seen on shelf. The brush was held in place using an internal block-wall tray. In addition, we added red foil to the lid to highlight the Christmas artwork as well as matt lamination to provide a premium look and feel to the box.

Tangle Teezer have recently started offering consumers the ability to personalize their brushes with any image or photo; to launch this new promotion, we developed a simple but premium rigid box and lid with an internal block-wall tray fitment to hold the brush securely in place.

The final box you can see is a 1-piece clamshell box for their Christmas Starlet campaign. We used silver foil for the artwork and matt lamination to provide a luxury finish. All of the boxes were produced in China at one of our main factories and over 45,000 units were produced in total.
