Valve bags

RKW's valve bags are suitable for packaging many different products. Typical products packaged in valve bags include e.g. fertilizers, salt, lime and plastic granules. RKW's valve bags are designed according to the product to be packaged, the packaging machine used and the filling conditions.

There are different valve types, materials, designs and sizes to choose from. The sacks are made of polyethylene film and can also be provided with an inner sack, which can be made of plastic, paper or non-woven.

Valve bags can also be made into special versions, the properties of which can be e.g.

tightness (due to the construction of the sack)

controlleddeaeration of the bag (use of a filter)

barrier against either moisture or gases

very high strength (UN approval)

two-layer construction in glued sacks, combinations can be, for example, two plastic films, HDPE fabric + plastic film or plastic film + paper

very high quality 8-color printing
