One of our customers is the largest dairy company in Vietnam and offers a wide range of high quality products. This includes milk, milk powder, yogurt, condensed milk, and so on. This market leader in the segment of milk in PE bottles approached Royal Vaassen with specific questions that we wanted to answer.

Challenge

Royal Vaassen was asked to supply a range of cover film products for various applications. The goal: to seal long-lasting drinks that will not be kept in the refrigerator. The tropical temperature made it a challenge to keep a product fresh for a long time in difficult conditions during the entire shelf life.

What we did

After installation on the existing machines in Vietnam, we ensured that the customer was up and running within a few weeks. In an existing situation, we produced a better-performing product where 100% hermetic sealing was guaranteed. The customer was assured not only of a high production efficiency, but also of a long shelf life in tropical conditions. We provided local technical and sales support to ensure follow-up was second to none.
