Our hygienically designed water washable Three Flap Closer combines a robust and flexible machine with high end performance. The machine has an open easy access design with a range of market leading features that ensure reliable and efficient operation. PLC controlled with a touchscreen HMI and an easy unskilled size change, the machine can run a wide range of different sizes with no change parts. This machine is widely used in the food industry to pack products such as frozen fish fillets, burgers, nuggets, fish fingers, fish cakes, meatballs and meal kits.

Overview

Operation
The machine accepts filled top loaded cartons from the line with the lid open. The machine automatically folds the lid down and applies glue and folds and seals each of the three sides of the lid before ejecting the finished carton from the machine.

The Three Flap Closer will run at speeds up to 85 packs per minute depending on the type and size of the cartons. Due to its hygienic design the machine is perfect for use in a high risk environment packing products such as fish products, burgers and nuggets.
