CONTROL SYSTEMS

Torq Packaging supplies quality control vision systems, with a wide range of inspection solutions using integrated cameras on its machines, or to be installed on existing machines and in your production processes.

With our system, the following can be checked and controlled:

• Capping, checking that the cap is applied correctly on the bottle
• Checking of caps, checking that caps have been assembled correctly (drip inserts, dispensers etc.)
• Checking of bottles for defects
• Checking of preforms
• Checking of bottles and cans for orientation/direction
• Checking and reading of Data Matrix and barcodes
• Customized solutions

All these systems are then integrated with ejection stations, resulting in completely automated production lines
