On request each of the dispensing systems can be equipped with a receptacle for leporello-folded label material. Although our dispensing systems are classified according to standard widths, we also produce smaller, intermediate and larger widths to meet customer specifications.

 

RAPID S / SM

ALWAYS OPTIMALLY PLACED

The Rapid S series dispensers handle simple labelling requirements in the speed range up to 30 m/min with top precision. At higher rates of up to 60 m/min the RAPID SM series dispensers are used. The step-action motor version dispenses the label with an accuracy of +/0.5 mm.

The dispensers are modular in design and can therefore be extended by retrofitting a variety of printing and control equipment etc.

RAPID N

THIS HOW TO REALLY MAKE THINGS STICK

Where conventional tabletop dispensers reach their limits because of their lightweight construction and the dimensions of the labels, the RAPID N comes into play. The robust, motor-driven tabletop dispenser is available for label widths of 120 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm and 250 mm. They are scanned by means of a bifurcated light barrier, mechanical scanning or an ultrasonic stop sensor which is available as an option.

RAPID MINI

A MIGHTY MIDGET

Equipped with one or two pneumatic traversing units, the RAPID MINI executes simple application tasks to furnish the product with a label both while running or standing still. And the RAPID MINI needs only a tiny amount of space. It is controlled by means of an ultra fast, minute micro

processor. The settings are transmitted to the micro processor by means of the software supplied with it. Once it has been configured, the PC/notebook can be withdrawn from the dispenser. This ensures that the user cannot make any setting errors during operation. Besides on and off switches (revolving snap switches) there is a fault indicator light and an illuminated push-button switch to acknowledge the fault reset. Once the parameters have been set, the user merely replaces the label reel and acknowledges the process.
