Tube labelling system

This machine is a fully automatic labelling machine which is made to fix a label onto empty plastic- and metal tubes wrapped around. This machine is in 1st position of the complete line. The cartons with the empty tubes can be put into the indeed magazin. The magazin is also adjustable to the different tube sizes. The tubes are separated at the bottom of the magazin. They are rolling down on slide and they arrive on a device which is putting the tubes onto the horizontal turn-table. The turntable has got 8 format thorns which are responsible for the transport of the tubes during the labelling process. They are easy to be exchange against other format thorns for other product diameters. The tubes can be orientated according a print mark before they get their label wrapped around. It is also possible to equip this machine with several print engines, like the Intermec 501XP to print variable data onto the label before it is applied onto the product. The printer is connected via a loop control with dancing rollers to a dispenser Rapid S120 which allows to run also preprinted labels.
