RFS 40 - ROTARY FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

Tub or cup filling and sealing machine RFS 40 is designed for butter, margarine or spreads to be filled into pre-made containers with aluminum foil and/or lids.

MAIN FEATURES

Tub / cup filling and sealing machine for paste-type products.
Applicable products: butter, margarine, spreads, edible fats.
Type of dosing – volumetric.
Two product feeding options: hopper with augers or direct feed from the production line via resting tube.
Sizes of package 100 – 1000 g.
Machine’s output:
- 100 – 250 g up to 40 portions/ min.
- 300 – 500 g up to 25 portions/ min.
- 750 – 1000 g up to 15 portions/ min.
Easy to shift between portion weight by changing the height.
Shapes of containers: rectangular, square, round.
Closing type: heat-sealing, pre-cut foil and lid covering.
Product input temperature: butter +12….+16 °C, margarine +8….+16°C.
Packaging materials: pre-formed plastic containers – PP; lid – PP; heat-sealing lid – aluminum foil.
