Cup filling and sealing machine RFS 120 is designed for yoghurt, sour cream, kefir to be filled into pre-made containers with aluminum foil and/or lids. Rotary type machine has 3 rows.

MAIN FEATURES

Cup filling and sealing machine for packing the liquid products and paste-type products.
Applicable products: yogurt, Greek yogurt, sour cream, kefir.
Type of dosing – volumetric.
Direct product feeding by pump.
Sizes of package: 100 – 500 g.
Machine’s output:
- 100 – 250 g up to 105 portions/ min.
- 300 – 500 g up to 60 portions/ min.
Shapes of cups: round or square.
Closing type: heat-sealing, pre-cut foil and lid covering.
Easy to shift between portion weight by changing the height.

Packaging materials: pre-formed plastic cups with heat sealable aluminum foil lids, PP, PS lids.
