QP100 Pick & Place

The Quest QP100 is family of pick and place solutions for direct food handling. Overall they are versatile picking systems that can load, orientate, stack and group products into a wide variety of primary packaging machines such as thermoformers, flow wrappers, and vacuum sealers. The QP100 robotic picking system can designed to grip hard-to-handle products, such as poultry, meats and cheese, as well as virtually any other product shape. The QP100 series solutions can also be designed to load lined totes or cartons in varying pack patterns. Utilizing FANUC robots and vision software this unique solution is capable of direct food contact with U.S. Department of Agriculture and USDA Dairy compliant and washdown designs.
