It has a compact footprint starting at 86” L x 36” W. The Quik Box Case Erector has an easily refillable magazine to prevent production interruption so you can fill on the fly without having to stop and restart the machine saving time and money. Our engineers designed the Quik Box Case Erector for the end user – it is robust to withstand industrial environments but open for ease of maintenance. The Quik Box Case Erector comes with an HMI for simple batch size entry, easy diagnostics, and troubleshooting at your fingertips. For unforeseen cardboard variances, use the manual adjustment to fine tune the machine’s performance while production is running. Quest’s Quik Box Case Erector can be ordered in mild or stainless steel and custom designed for left or right hand corrugated boxes. The Quik Box can be configured to use tape or glue, it can also be upgraded with an intelligent robot arm for high speed case erecting or Robotic Case Erecting. Need a different tape-head? No problem, the Quik Box allows for interchangeable tape-head replacement allowing easy changeover from one brand to another if needed.
