Robotic Tote Loading

The Quest Robotic Tote Loader/Collator is a custom robotic cell designed to automate the tote loading process. Our cells are customized to each customer's process and product, creating a robotic solution that will load a bulk container of butter, cheese or other product in minutes, and can include the use of slip sheets as well. The cell can be built to include vision tracking and verification. This allows the cell to pick and place a variety of different sizes, shapes and textures of product into the bulk tote.
