All common tablet shapes can be produced with the FlexiTab® without any problems, both single-layer, double-layer and even three-layer tablets with different layer thicknesses. The FlexiTab® with its various options, such as: Due to a pressure cylinder, the FlexiTab® software and the PLC control, the press is not tied to any fixed production cycles and presses primarily on force.
The FlexiTabXL® thus compensates for the greatest disadvantages of an eccentric press. You have the option of changing the process speeds through various setting parameters. This enables z. B. a slow venting of the granules or a rapid releasing of the finished tablet. Special processes in the press cycle can therefore also be developed at the customer's request.
