Cookie machine

Features:

• Capacity: 150 kg/hour in average. (changes depending on the type of the product and might increase up to 250 kg/hour for flat products)
• You can produce hard and soft cookie with one head group. You do not need any other head groups. (all other companies need other head groups)
• The machine applies the rotative moulding system and this gives possibility to receive cookies in very different shapes.
• Vertical movement is pneumatic and horizontal movement is with servo engine system.
• The machine is completely automatic. It is also possible to control the machine manually.
• The machine automatically recognizes the tray with the help of sensor. When there is no tray, the machine does not start to work. After a certain period of non-usage time, the machine automatically turns into the stand by mode with the aim of energy saving.
• The head group might be open with the angle of 110 degree and so it is very easy to change mould and make maintanance or cleaning on the machine.
• Head goup can be dismantled easily and it is possible to wash with water. The only requirement is that it should be dried with air after the washing process.
• The width of the head group is 40 cm so the head group works along 40 cm. It is possible to apply trays up to 55 cm. width. However, the head of the machine works on the area of 40 cm on the tray. Any length of the tray might be used. Length of the tray does not matter.
• In case of any failures, touch screen operator panel shows the origin of the error automatically.

Installation & Operator Training:

• The FREE initial installation is included with the professional Girisim Makina team member. All installation with Girisim Makina team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
• While Girisim Makina team member arrives at the site for a complete installation and two days training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The installation & operator training is provided by minimum 2 and maximum 3 workers and time is limited with 3 working days excluding travel days. Each day of working hour consists of 8 working hours.
• Girisim Makina will provide free installation of the machine and operator training to your technicians free of charge at your factory site.  In case that the duration for the installation & operator training exceeds 3 days, the buyer company is charged by the manufacturer company as USD 250 for each person for each additional day.
• All the expenses of the assigned personnel including two-way flight tickets and visa charges, full pension hotel reservation, all internal transportations, 3 daily hot meals and all expenses in the customer's country will be covered by the customer.
