Encrusting machine

GENERAL TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

• With this machine that we name as FillMak, it is possible to give form to the dough either filled or unfilled and receive salty, sweety or fermented cookie or bakery products. 
• Cookies output range:  5 gr. - 250 gr.
• Accuracy on the weight of the cookie is 5 %.
• It is possible to put potatoes, minced meat, olives, pralines, butter, marmalade, or liquids into the reservoir and use the machine until that the filling material inside the resorvoir finishes.
• With the application of 4 different engineering systems on the rollers, the machine pulls the dough down without applying any kind of pressure that might harm the structure of the dough.
• The system works with the gear system rather than chains so the machine works very silent and the machine is long lasting.
• All the filling nozzles and moulds are supplied with the machine. No need to pay for anything extra.
• You do not need any tools to dismantle the machine into its parts for cleaning purposes and to assemble it back
• With the application of easily dismantling parts, the parts might be easily washed and this provides hygienic working conditions.
• User-friendly menu allows you to make adjustments on the machine very easily and quickly.
• It is even possible that the machine works with the electricity of 220 V.

Guarantee Terms:

The machine is under the guarantee of three years for mechanical parts and two years for electronical parts with the following conditions:

• Maintenance must be done regularly according to the user guides. In case of delaying or missing any of this maintenances result problems in the machine these situations cannot be included in the guarantee.   
• Machines must be connected with 380 V, 50 Hz regulated electricity.
• Machines must be connected with oil and water free pressurized air.
• The machine must be commissioned, repaired, revised by the Girisim Makina specialists or technicians authorized by Girisim Makina.
• The machine must be operated by the certificated operators.
• Parts must be supplied from Girisim Makina. In case of standard components like, motor, pneumatic cylinder, roller bear etc., customer must contact to Girisim Makina to get the approval. Girisim Makina will guide the company how to change the related part.
• All the parts which are not manufactured by Girisim Makina (mechanic, electric and electronic equipments) are guaranteed by its manufacturer itself. In this respect; Girisim Makina is the controller and follower for this guarantee. In case of failure in these parts Girisim Makina will deal to solve the problem but after the inspection of the failure guarantee conditions given by the manufacturer of the part will be applied.

Consumable parts and wrong operation are out of guarantee.
