This machine, which is known for high precision in automatic filling, has built up a solid record of success. The special patented nozzle is highly effective in eliminating dripping after filling. lt can be moved easily for general applicability. The filler (pump) is very simple to strip down and clean. Construction is all in stainless steel and the table height is adjustable to accommodate containers of different heights. The screw device is particularly useful for paste filling, while the agitator is effective for mixtures of liquid, paste and solid, and for other products which from voids easily. When fed from a hopper, the nozzle cutter can cut fibrous material as it fills, providing high precision with no drips. The M-61 can fill all kinds of containers (bags, bottles, cans etc.). Sample applications Curries, meat sauces, salted squid, sea urchin, mushrooms, jam, miso Paste, Pickles, minced fermented beans, seaweed and tuna paste, and also detergents of all kinds.
