This machine is ideal for filling with liquids, pastes, hot products and products containing solids. The main applications are curries, gratin, meat sauce, soups (including thick soups), mabo dofu, tuna salad, fruit juices and other beverages. it is equipped with the optimum fibers for each of these products and a special patented nozzle cutter for unrivaled drip prevention. For products such as detergents which are highly susceptible to dripping and foaming there are special nozzles and valves for optimum handling. Seating is effected by two heat seals on a hot prate followed by one seal using a refrigerated press. Bag size can be adjusted with a single control operation and no fine tuning and the machine can handle multiple bag sizes. The filler (pump) is very simple and convenient to strip down and clean. The specification can be altered from the standard model as required by the properties of the materials handled. Other than electronic part's all upper parts of the machine can be washed in water (waterproof construction) thanks to its stainless steel construction. The electrical control system and cam action are almost entirely breakdown-free. The bag openings are completely opened and arranged for filling, even if the bag is hardened. Particularly in the case of standing pouches the form of the opening can be shaped perfectly by a special opening device. Special triangular pouches can also be used and optional attachments are available to handle zipper pouches and bags with spouts.
