Automatic Six Head Liquid Bottle Filling Machine LIQFILL-120

The Automatic Six Head Volumetric Linear Liquid Bottle Filling Machine, Model LIQFILL-120 is suitable for Bottles with maximum speed of 120 Bottles per minute. The output of Bottle Filling Machines depending on nature of Liquids, Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Neck Size and Fill Volume.

The manual bottle packing machine with Linear Bottle Filling system with intermittent Linear Bottle Movement, Filling Nozzle with Stationery of Diving type System depending on Liquid. Machine with no change parts system for regular shaped, stable Bottles. Machine with pneumatically operated Bottle gating mechanism for Bottle Start – Stop Movement according to Filling Nozzle of Machine. Machine construction in fully Stainless Steel finish including machine frame structure. Machine with Specially designed Filling Nozzle for Drip Free Filling and also Syringe / Piston of machine is suitable to use for Normal as well as viscose Liquid.

Machine with Optional Turn Tables at In-feed and Out-feed with individual drives to match the speed of incoming and outgoing Bottles for smoother operation. All Stainless Steel parts coming in contact with Liquids are made from SS 316 Material.

We can also offer higher speed machine having more Syringe / Nozzle ranging from Eight Head upto 16 Head Filling. We also offer Linear Motion Filling System which offer Flexibility and Performance with simple operation having less change parts system compare to Rotary Volumetric Filling Machine. We also Offer our specially designed No Bottle – No Filling System on Linear Motion type Filling machine.
