India’s First, Automatic Super High Speed Vertical Rotary Sticker Labelling Machine Model LABELSTIK-600 for Ampoules and Vials, was launched in 2008. The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated Label Control System Designed and Developed by us for user friendly operation of machine. The machine is suitable for Labelling on Round Ampoules, Vials, and other round Objects. It is capable of Labelling up to 600 units per minute depending on products and label size. Machine can be supplied with online coding system matching with machine speed.

Machine available with our Patented Online Ampoule / Vial EJECTION system which does not require any Air or Vaccum or multiple Star Wheel or Feed Screw System and it works with various optional online security features such as Vision System, Missing Label on product detection etc.

LABELSTIK-600, The Fastest Super High Speed Rotary Sticker Labelling Machine, with unique single point synchronised speed control system, Online Product Ejection with high speed operation and many other Built in / Optional key features. The Inbuilt Automated Label Length detection systems eliminates any need for manually feeding and storing of Label Length data in memory and retrieving the same every time for change of Label Size & re-starting the machine or Label Size Data Feeding system as we offer both system and selection of same is depending on customer requirement / scope.

Machine with added advantages like Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Feeding belt for feeding Ampoules / Vials in Vertical Position directly from the Trays and Similarly collection of Labelled product in Trays, Operator can feed the Ampoules / Vials directly from the Tray Online without stoppage of machine. The Feeder belt system effectively eliminate clumsy, inconvenient, time consuming and prone to breaking of Ampoules etc. at the time of Loading the products for Labelling compare to other Slant Hopper Product Feeding System.

Machine with built-in Toughened (Tampered) Glass Safety Cabinet. Machines having required all basic features as a standard fitment to match the current market needs and also saves cost and time.
