LABELSTIK-300 Automatic High Speed Round Product Labelling Machine

The Automatic Vertical Super High Speed Sticker Labelling Machine Model LABELSTIK-300, with all latest built in features and performance. The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated User Friendly Label Dispensing System with choice of Stepper or Servo Driven System. Machine with High Speed Label Sensor with Remote Teach Facility and unique Product Sensor which does not require any Teaching or settings. The Machine is suitable for Labelling on Round Vials, Bottle, Jars and other round objects with maximum speed up to 300 Products per minute depending on product diameter, stable product movement on Conveyor and Label size.

Machine available with Various Standard as well as Optional Features such as Colour Touch Screen Control or Colour Touch Screen PC, Toughened Glass Safety Cabinet in Complete Stainless Steel Structure, Stepper or Servo Motor for high speed operation, Missing Label Detection in Roll, Missing Label Detection on Product, Online Product ejection system. Machine also available with unique Variable Speed Drive Control Product Separator which helps to achieve optimum speed for each product, system also suitable for production line having multiple products having vast different in product diameter and label size.

The Inbuilt Automated Label Length detection systems eliminates any need for manually feeding and storing of Label Length data in memory and retrieving the same every time for change of Label Size & re-starting the machine. The System thus saves valuable time, avoiding machine-down time, and helps achieve higher Production. Smart Vertically Adjustable Pressing Device of the machine makes the alignments for the Height and Diameter of Containers easy and convenient. It is also helpful to run the bottles having groove body surface or the small bottles having bigger cap diameter compare to body diameter.

Machine is suited for Glass, Plastic, Aluminium, PET bottles of Pharmaceuticals, Mineral Water, Food Products and Pesticides having bigger Label Height and Length.
