Antibacterial absorbent pads for fish & seafood
Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABM absorbent pads for fish & seafood combine effective absorbency with integrated anti-bacterial/microbial properties, using a new technology based on a blend of natural fruit extracts, for the ultimate protection.
The extract, which is incorporated into the pad, contains a blend of natural bio-flavonoids and organic acids which, when activated by moisture, work as anti-oxidants and anti-microbials, eliminating undesirable bacteria including Salmonella, e. Coli, Listeria and Campylobacter, as well as odours.
Our Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABS technology can be incorporated into any of our Dri-Fresh absorbent pad range, whether it is our standard absorbent pad range or pads for smoked salmon such as our Eat Fresh range and pads for shell fish, in both of which listeria can be a real problem.
As well as shelf-life benefits and bacteria-free food, Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABS absorbent pads offer easy handling and excellent appearance to provide cost-effective absorption for food packages, particularly for fish & seafood.
Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABS absorbent pads are available in a range of colours, absorption levels, shapes and sizes to suit all applications. Single-sided or double-sided pads are available.
