Canisters Labeller (KEM)

The KEM labeling machine is fully automatic and specifically designed for labeling canisters. Canisters are commonly used in chemistry or agricultural chemistry and require appropriate information labeling.

Labeling regulations for hazardous substances are in place to protect consumers. The GHS labeling system classifies chemicals based on specific criteria, enabling the labeling of risks and providing user instructions for safe chemical handling.

The versatile labeller can handle various canister formats, allowing labeling on up to four sides with individual labels.

With a labeling capacity of up to 30 canisters per minute, the labeling system operates seamlessly in the production flow. Canisters are separated and labeled on the rear side using a swivel arm. Both sides of the canisters are then labeled using a dispensing plate with a pressure roller, and finally, the front side is labeled using another swivel arm.
