Pallets labeling machine (PAE)

The PAE Pallet Labeler is an innovative printing and dispensing system capable of labeling up to three sides of a pallet using pneumatic and electric axes. For complex pallet applications, robotic systems are also employed. The labels are printed with individual data in real-time, just before the dispensing process, using thermal/thermal transfer printing modules from various manufacturers.

The PAE Pallet Labeler is built with a modular design, prioritizing ease of maintenance and serviceability. All components are arranged in a clear and easily accessible manner. Depending on requirements, the housing can be manufactured in a robust aluminum or stainless steel version, allowing the PAE to operate effectively in harsh environmental conditions. The system is available in both left- and right-hand configurations, ensuring easy integration into existing production lines.

Today, seamless traceability of products is essential. Consequently, there is significant interest in intelligent pallet labeling processes. The b+b Pallet Labeler can handle label sizes up to DIN A5, enabling product identification according to global GS1 standards.
