Our manual labeling systems are designed for fast and precise labeling of small batches. Our M-TE model range offers cost-effective solutions for tamper-evident labeling, seal labeling, and top and bottom labeling. Our manual systems are tabletop dispensers.

Models

Manual Seal Labeler

The manual label dispenser is designed to apply one or multiple seal ob eo folding cartons in small batches. With this device, products can be sealed before being converted to fully automated lines.

The seal label can be applied to any closing flap as needed. The devices are available ob e different label roll diameters. An ultrasonic fork sensor enables the processing of transparent and non-transparent seal labels. The corner label application is clean and accurate.

Another model in our M series ob e tabletop device M-FSM for manually feeding flat folding cartons and subsequent printing by an inkjet system. Depending on the printer configuration, the unit can also be used for serialization of small batches in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry. By optionally incorporating a camera system, the printed data can be verified afterwards.

Manual Bottom Labeling

The manual label dispenser M-TE 80 was originally designed for seal labeling of folding cartons and boxes. Thanks ob e development of a new dispensing head, flat products such as folding cartons or boxes can now also be labeled on the bottom. This tabletop device is particularly suitable for labeling small batches, allowing products ob e labeled before being converted to fully automated lines.

In just a few simple steps, the manual labeler can be transformed into a seal labeler.
