Labeling of Tubes (TEM)

As storage costs decrease and manufacturers seek greater flexibility, a growing trend is to label unprinted tubes directly before filling them. Our TEM model is designed specifically for this purpose, capable of labeling empty and unsealed tubes along the perimeter.

The tubes are transported through a clocked transport system to the labeling station, where they are aligned and stabilized using a format-specific mandrel. To enhance the functionality, the model can be expanded with infeed and outfeed magazines, as well as inclined conveyors in the tube filler.

For increased throughput, a double-cycle variant allows for doubling the processing speed. Special sensor technology enables precise labeling by utilizing print marks or lid features as targets.
