Petri dishes labeller (PDL)

Our PDL model series is an example of our specialized machine construction. It labels Petri dishes by applying serialized DMC labels with high precision and a speed of 130 products/min. The system incorporates mechanical engineering, label material, and a thermal transfer printer to meet the satisfaction of our international customers. Petri dishes are fed into the labeling system from the filling and sealing system.

Using a star wheel, the system transports the products through different stations for labeling, reprinting, and DMC inspection. The data matrix code is checked for quality during this process, and any products with insufficient barcode quality are rejected.

With our RAPID SM label dispenser, the most accurate labeling device in the market, we achieve an accuracy of +-0.2 mm at a labeling speed of 60 m/min, ensuring consistent product quality. The signals are directly connected to our developed stepper motor card without any delays.

In addition to labeling systems, we provide consumables such as gamma-irradiated adhesive labels and thermal transfer foils to achieve flawless labeling results.
