In the AP200 case packer, the cardboard blank, once taken from the warehouse, is opened and positioned on toothed chains that transfer it to the filling, folding and flap closing stations with accurate and reliable mechanical phase movements as they are controlled by the main motor of the machine. . The AP200 case packer features a power supply designed to accommodate a wide range of different products in terms of size and type, the grouping into multilayer bundles is carried out by a high-speed stacker. The AP200 case packer is characterized by a high capacity inclined magazine from which the blanks are picked up by suction cups mounted on an oscillating arm.
Once filled, the carton can be closed with adhesive tape or hot glue. The design of the AP200 case packer is made to ensure quick adjustments thanks to the use of sliding clamping handles on graduated scales or handwheels with digital indicators that allow the operator to change the format simply by following the instructions in the manual and adjusting the parts mobile to the indicated positions.
