RCV case packer bottom loading RSC

RCV automatic case packer suitable to package cartons and flow-packs in RSC also said pre-glued or American case. Servo-driven movements for highest precision, reliability and fast change-over. Product infeed can collect a wide range of product sizes and thanks to a high speed stacker they can be grouped in multi-tier bundles. RCV bottom loading case packer is the system of choice for all products that cannot be turned on their side. RCV case packer bottom loading case packer features high capacity inclined type blank magazine from which blanks are drawn by suction cups fitted on a swing arm. Case sealing by adhesive tape or hot melt glue.

Change-over is very fast, on RCV case packer, due to servomotors on all pushers and to all parts to be moved fitted with handles on metric rods or handwheels with digital readouts. Operator can carry out the format change simply following the procedure and adjusting each part to the set position. RCV bottom loading case packer is fitted with transparent access doors on all sides allowing fast cleaning and maintenance interventions. Safety switches connected to the emergency circuit immediately stop the machine at access door opening.
