The AP50 cartoning machine is an automatic machine suitable for packaging in pre-glued cartons . Once picked up from the warehouse, the case is placed on toothed chains that transfer it to the filling, folding and gluing stations flaps with movements in the mechanical phase that are accurate and reliable as they are controlled by the main motor of the machine. The AP50 cartoner is able to guarantee an excellent result in terms of functionality with different product types and sizes. The AP50 cartoning machine is characterized by an inclined magazine from which the blanks are picked up by means of suction cups mounted on an oscillating arm.
Despite the great autonomy of the AP50 cartoner die magazine, its positioning allows it to be kept within the overall dimensions of the machine body. The AP50 cartoner is able to close the cartons by interlocking or with hot glue. The AP50 cartoning machine is made and designed to guarantee quick and simple adjustments thanks to sliding clamping handles on graduated scales or handwheels with digital indicators that allow the operator to change the format simply by following the instructions in the manual and adjusting the moving parts at the indicated positions. The AP50 cartoner is equipped with transparent access doors positioned on all sides of the machine to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Switches connected to the emergency circuit immediately stop the machine in case of opening, guaranteeing maximum safety in every phase of the production process.
