AP80 Cartoner for loading products into wrap-around or pre-glued cartons

AP80 cartoner is an automatic machine suitable to package products in wrap-around or pre-glued cartons. Once drawn from the magazine, blank is placed on a pusher dog chain system that move it to the loading, flaps folding and sealing stations with accurately and reliably timed movements all operated by the machine motor. Product infeed can collect a wide range of product sizes. Features, of AP80 cartoner, are: high capacity inclined type blank magazine from which blanks are drawn by suction cups fitted on a swing arm. Case sealing by tuck-in or hot melt glue. Change-over, on AP80 cartoner, is very fast thanks to handles on metric rods or handwheels with digital readouts installed on all parts to be moved. Operator can carry out the format change simply following the procedure and adjusting each part to the set position.

The transparent access doors on all sides, on AP80 cartoner, allowing fast cleaning and maintenance interventions. Safety switches connected to the emergency circuit immediately stop the machine at access door opening.
