AUTOMATIC STRAPPING SOLUTIONS FOR COILS IN THE SPOOLER

The customer has two parallel Lines from where the coils can exit in different spoolers, displacing them until the central position where the strapping station is.

The Strapping Machine does the straps of the coil, with the help of the inner guides that the spooler has.

The Strapping Machine can carry out the strapping with steel strap and with different sizes of strap.

These are the characteristics of the wire coils to be strapped by the Strapping Machine:

• Height of the coil: 810mm.
• External diameter of the coils: 1150mm.
• Inner diameter of the coils: 630mm.
• Diameter of the wire: 3 - 16mm.
• Weight of the coil: 3 Ton.
• Productivity: 10 coils/hour.

The coils to be strapped can we made of wire or rod wire, where the Automatic Strapping Machine can be designed and adapted to each client’s needs, whether in size or the available space.
