STRAPPING MACHINE FOR THE RADIAL STRAPPING OF COILS

The coil has to be placed centered in the strapping table in order to start performing the strapping process. This type of strapping solution has a complete strapping head for the steel strap or PET strap, depending on the client’s needs and requirements.

This solution launches a vertical bayonet which will descend in order to carry out the feeding of the strap through the inner diameter to the external diameter of the coil. As the coil is placed in a turning table, this coil is the one that displaces against the strapping table to carry out the strapping process, being necessary that the turning system of the table turns to each strapping position.
