AUTOMATIC STRAPPING & PACKING LINE FOR COPPER WIRE COILS

This is a Line which can perform the different strapping operations manipulation and packaging of the wire coils.

This type of wire coils is made of copper and due to the coil’s temperature, as well as to avoid corrosions in the proper coil, the automatic Strapping Machine straps with the 16mm copper strap. 

There is not strapping head in the market which is able to strap with Cooper strap and SAIZAR has developed it to fulfil the customer´s necessities.

The wire coil is introduced inside a Spooler and it places the coil in each of the strapping positions.

These are the equipment that make up the Automatic Line for strapping & packaging:

#1 Automatic Strapping Machine for the coils radial strapping with 16mm Cooper strap.  

#1 System for the extraction of the coils.  

#1 Conveyor for the coil’s displacement.

#1 Elevator for the forming of the coils.

The characteristics of the wire coils are shown below:

OD: 570-750mm.

ID: 450mm.

Height of the coil: 60-120mm.

Diameter of the wire: 0,8-6mm.

Max. temperature of the coil: 550ºC.

Max. weight of the coils: 130kg.

This Line has been designed in a compact way due to the lack of space in the customer's facilities, as well as adapting the project technically to the customer's needs.
