STRAPPING SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF BUNDLES II

These types of Automatic Strapping Machines are fixed in the strapping position with the strap introduced in the arch’s perimeter so that the strapping process can be carried out in an efficient way while the bundle is displaced to each strapping positions.

The Strapping Machine can carry out the strapping process with steel and PET strap with different sizes of strap, as well as depending on the client’s requirements, the Automatic Strapping Machine can be designed as it was fixed solution or with lateral displacement.

The bundles to be strapped can be in square, rectangular or hexagonal format, with a width of 120-800mm and a height of 80-800mm.

Apart from carrying out the strapping process, this type of Automatic Strapping Machine can introduce a labelling in automatic mode, introduction of cardboard protector system, etc. Moreover, it can provide a bundling system as well as different conveyors for the bundles’ displacement and pre-formers for the forming of the bundle.  

The bundles to be strapped can be tubes, pipes, profiles, bars, etc. where the Strapping Machine can be designed and adapted to each client’s needs, whether in size and the available space.
