COMPLETE PACKAGING LINE FOR WIRE COILS II

This is a complete automatic Packaging Line, where the compacting, strapping, basket extraction, weighing, wrapping and labelling of the wire coil are done.

This Packaging Line can be adapted to all the necessities of each customer, depending on the type of basket they want to use, the dimensions of the coils, the available space and the productivity they are demanding.

The operator has to introduce the coils in the baskets on the entry chain conveyor, so once all the packaging processes are done, the operator i sable to evacuate the baskets and the coils in different zones.

The Packaging Line is communicated with the customer´s ERP to know which type of coil is introducing on it and SAIZAR´s team has a control and gives the operator the stage of each process in communication as well as by the different HMI it has.

These are the characteristics of the coils to be manipulated:  

• Height of the coil before the compacting is done: 600 - 1550mm.
• Height of the coil after the compacting is done: 400 - 900mm.
• Inner coil diameter: 390 - 550mm.
• External diameter: 500 - 950mm.
• Diameter of the wire: 1,2 - 5mm.
• Maximum weight of the coil: 1 Ton.
