STRAPPING SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF BUNDLES III

This type of Automatic Strapping Machine is fixed in the strapping position with the strap introduced in the arch’s perimeter so that the strapping process can be carried out in less time, being approx. 10 seconds. On the other hand, there is another option where the package is held and the Strapping Machine is the one that moves to each strapping positions.

The Strapping Machine can carry out the strapping process with steel and PET strap with different sizes of strap.

Apart from carrying out the strapping process, this type of Strapping Machine can introduce a labelling system or wooden pieces in the different sides of the bundle in automatic mode. Moreover, it can provide a bundling system as well as different conveyors, pre-formers for the bundles.

The bundles to be strapped can be tubes, pipes, profiles, bars, etc. where the Strapping Machine can be designed and adapted to each client’s needs, whether in size and the available space.

This Strapping Machine has the possibility to displace laterally for the operator´s maintenance works.
