COMPLETE PACKAGING LINE FOR WIRE COILS

This Packaging Line is completely automatic, where the operator only has to introduce the baskets with the coils in the entry conveyor and evacuate the baskets and the coils packaged in an independent way.

This type of Lines can be adapted to the necessities of each customer´s in terms of space, productivity… This Line is designed to be able to manipulate a total amount of 20 coils/hour.

The aim of this type of Packaging Line is to do the compacting, strapping, wrapping and labelling of the coils, separating them from their baskets.
